Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Performing RAN planning, configuration, integration, and optimization for GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G networks.
• Diagnosing and resolving anomalies in radio interface configurations and parameter settings to maintain stable cellular network performance.
• Coordinating with Core Network, Transmission, and Field Teams during:
  • New project launches
  • Maintenance activities
  • Network upgrades
• Preparing technical reports, parameter audits, and performance improvement plans.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Telecommunication Engineering
  • Electronics Engineering
  • Or a related engineering field.
• 1–3 years of experience in:
  • RAN Planning
  • Network Optimization
  • Network Integration
• Familiarity with:
  • 2G
  • 3G
  • 4G
  • 5G Technologies
  • Network Parameters
  • KPIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Technical Skills Required

• GSM / UMTS / LTE / 5G RAN technologies
• RAN planning and optimization
