Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the company’s sales operations.
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Managing customer relationships and the hardware dealer network.
- Optimizing sales funnels and improving sales performance.
- Providing operational and managerial leadership to the sales team.
- Supporting business growth through strategic planning and market expansion.
- Working closely with management to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess:
- A Management Degree (MBA/MSc).
- 15+ years of experience in the hardware market industry.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Extensive knowledge of business operations and managerial practices.
- Knowledge of finance.
- CIMA or a similar professional qualification will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships, hardware dealer networks, and optimizing sales funnels.
