Job Summary

The Associate – Management Accounting will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, conducting inventory reconciliations, resolving inventory discrepancies, and supporting month-end inventory reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills and close coordination with multiple departments to ensure inventory accuracy and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records by accurately capturing inventory movements.
• Perform weekly and monthly inventory reconciliations.
• Conduct GRN-wise reconciliations to ensure all raw material receipts are accurately recorded.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including negative stock balances.
• Prepare and finalize month-end inventory and production reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure inventory accuracy and timely reporting.
• Support inventory control and financial reporting activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance Management.
• Part qualification in CA, CIMA, or CMA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inventory Management is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
