Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or an equivalent qualification.
• Good computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in relevant computerized systems.
• Maintain records and files in an organized manner.
• Verify information and correct data discrepancies.
• Prepare basic reports as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support administrative tasks related to data management.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.
