Qualifications & Experience

• NVQ or Technical Certification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning maintenance and repairs.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly to urgent breakdowns.
• Ex-Forces personnel are encouraged to apply.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
• Monitor system performance to ensure uninterrupted operation across hospital premises.
• Diagnose faults and replace defective parts, filters, thermostats, and controls.
• Maintain service records and technical documentation.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably.
