Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- HVAC knowledge will be considered an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or project sales within the air conditioning or related industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, project execution, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to promote air conditioning solutions to corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare and submit proposals and quotations in accordance with customer requirements and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with HVAC engineers and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client expectations.
- Track sales activities, maintain customer records, and follow up on ongoing projects.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in achieving departmental sales targets and business objectives.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
