Qualifications & Experience

External Candidates

Applicants should have:

• Sat for the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination.

Internal Candidates

Eligible internal candidates should satisfy the requirements specified by the National Insurance Trust Fund Board.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and organizing files, records, and documents.
• Support record storage, retrieval, and archiving activities.
• Ensure proper arrangement and safekeeping of documents in the record room.
• Assist administrative staff with document handling and filing tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the record room.
• Support daily office operations as assigned.
• Handle confidential documents responsibly.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Ability to organize documents accurately.

• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good physical fitness to handle filing and document movement tasks.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Scale

PL 1 – 2025

Rs. 40,500 – 10 × 450 – 10 × 490 – 7 × 540 – 15 × 590 – Rs. 62,530
