Qualifications & Experience

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Must be an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.

Experience

• Minimum of one (01) year post-qualifying experience as an Attorney-at-Law.

Age Requirement

• Applicants should be not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on matters relating to the corporation’s operations.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and interpreting legal documents and agreements.
• Support litigation, dispute resolution, and legal compliance activities.
• Represent the interests of the organization in legal proceedings when required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments on legal matters and risk management issues.
• Perform other legal and administrative duties assigned by management.

• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan laws and legal procedures.
• Excellent legal drafting and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary

• Basic Salary: Rs. 71,730/-
• Cost of Living Allowance: Rs. 17,800/-
