Qualifications & Experience
Educational & Professional Qualifications
- Must be an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.
Experience
- Minimum of one (01) year post-qualifying experience as an Attorney-at-Law.
Age Requirement
- Applicants should be not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years of age.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on matters relating to the corporation’s operations.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and interpreting legal documents and agreements.
- Support litigation, dispute resolution, and legal compliance activities.
- Represent the interests of the organization in legal proceedings when required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments on legal matters and risk management issues.
- Perform other legal and administrative duties assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan laws and legal procedures.
- Excellent legal drafting and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal matters.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary
- Basic Salary: Rs. 71,730/-
- Cost of Living Allowance: Rs. 17,800/-
