Qualifications & Experience

External Candidates

Applicants should have:

• Passed the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination in one sitting with credit passes for four subjects including:
  • Sinhala/Tamil
  • English Language
  • Mathematics
• Passed three subjects (excluding the General Paper) at the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination.

Internal Candidates

Employees in Primary Level Skilled, Primary Level Semi-Skilled, and Primary Level Unskilled categories may apply if they possess:

• G.C.E. (O/L) qualifications as specified above.
• Minimum of five (05) years of satisfactory service in a permanent post under the relevant employee category.

Age Requirement

• External candidates should be between 18 and 45 years of age.
• Upper age limit does not apply to eligible internal candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect outstanding cheque payments and balances from debtors.
• Make necessary collection arrangements and accurately record all cash and cheque collections.
• Provide details of outstanding balances and unresolved transactions requiring legal attention.
• Supply relevant information to management and the Legal Officer for recovery actions against defaulting debtors.
• Achieve assigned collection targets.
• Follow up on outstanding credit sales related to assigned customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and debtor accounts.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management from time to time.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary

• Basic Salary: Rs. 43,312/-
• Cost of Living Allowance: Rs. 17,800/-
