Qualifications & Experience

• Successful completion of G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination.
• National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Good technical knowledge and practical maintenance skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in maintenance-related work will be an added advantage.
• Candidates residing in or around the Galle area may receive preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and repair work on hospital facilities and equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance issues.
• Ensure equipment and facilities operate efficiently and safely.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities according to schedules.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from departments.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Follow workplace safety standards and operational procedures.
• Support continuous improvement of maintenance operations.
