Qualifications & Experience

• BSc Nursing (Hons) or an equivalent Nursing Degree.
• Valid registration with the Sri Lanka Nursing Council (SLNC).
• Minimum 10 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior nursing leadership role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience with hospital accreditation standards such as JCI, ACHSI, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality assurance, and healthcare compliance.
• Experience in managing large nursing teams and hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations across the hospital.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality initiatives.
• Support accreditation processes, compliance requirements, and clinical governance programs.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and nursing excellence.
