Qualifications & Experience

• Partly Qualified in CA, CIMA, or ACCA with a recognized degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Management Accounting.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
• Sound understanding of business processes and performance management.
• Excellent IT skills including advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software/packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly divisional profitability reports for board review.
• Conduct investment appraisals to support strategic business decisions.
• Analyze proposed business initiatives and provide financial insights.
• Support management decision-making through financial analysis.
• Ensure workflow processes meet identified service standards.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance indicators.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Provide timely and accurate management reports.
