Position Details

Abans Electricals PLC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Executive – Talent Acquisition to support the company’s recruitment and onboarding functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, building talent pipelines, and supporting HR operations.

Abans Electricals PLC, established in 1981 as part of the Abans Group, is a leading player in Sri Lanka’s home appliance industry. The company specializes in manufacturing and after-sales services and operates through 17 regional service centers and over 110 authorized agents across the island.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment is essential.
• Experience in technical hiring will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates effectively.
• Manage bulk and mass recruitment requirements within specified timelines.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support employee engagement and HR operational activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and HR documentation.
