Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

• A Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.

OR

• Relevant educational qualifications in Mathematics or a related discipline.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar capacity will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in academic coordination, curriculum planning, or departmental leadership is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Mathematics teaching activities for Grades 6–11.
• Support curriculum implementation and academic planning.
• Monitor student performance and departmental statistics.
• Assist in developing strategies to improve Mathematics learning outcomes.
• Guide and support Mathematics teachers within the department.
• Ensure effective delivery of the local bilingual Mathematics curriculum.
• Maintain academic standards and contribute to departmental development initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Mathematics and the local bilingual curriculum.
• Analytical and statistical skills.
• Ability to teach Mathematics in English.
• Leadership and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and classroom management skills.
