Qualifications & Experience

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) in the Bio-Science stream.
• BSc Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Sciences.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong teamwork and self-discipline skills.
• Willingness to work on a roster basis.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing close to Horana.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures accurately.
• Assist in specimen handling, processing, and analysis.
• Maintain laboratory records and documentation.
• Follow laboratory quality assurance and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Support senior laboratory personnel in daily operations.
• Adhere to healthcare and laboratory regulatory standards.
