Qualifications & Experience

• Age above 18 years.
• NVQ Level qualification in Food & Beverage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Sinhala and English.
• Ability to speak additional languages will be considered an added advantage.
• Computer literacy will be an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Experience in patient meal service or healthcare hospitality operations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food and beverage service operations.
• Support patient meal service activities.
• Ensure timely and professional food delivery to patients and visitors.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
• Support healthcare hospitality initiatives and patient satisfaction programs.
