Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports
• Handle operational coordination tasks and admin-related queries
• Follow up on stock allocation and data requests from the Central Office
• Support Regional Managers and Area Managers with field execution activities
• Assist in sales and operational reporting functions

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to work with stakeholders effectively
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned region
• Ability to adapt to flexible working conditions
• Candidates residing in or around Ratnapura are preferred
