Qualifications & Experience

• Part or full professional qualification acceptable to the bank
• Approximately 6–8 years of relevant experience in branch banking
• Mandatory exposure to credit operations and branch banking activities
• Sound knowledge of financial statement analysis
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong understanding of banking operations and compliance procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow the branch portfolio by acquiring new clients
• Expand and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide personalized financial advice and recommend suitable banking products and services
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through prompt and effective service
• Monitor portfolio performance and manage associated risks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal banking policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and resolve client issues
• Participate in business development activities and stay updated on market trends
