MILCO (PVT) LTD is inviting applications for the position of Sales Supervisor (MA 2-3) on a fixed-term contract basis. MILCO is a leading dairy industry company in Sri Lanka operating under the “Highland” brand with milk processing factories located in Colombo, Digana, Ambewela, and Polonnaruwa.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Diploma (one year or above) in:
  • Sales Management
  • Marketing Management
  • Brand Management
  • Digital Marketing
• Qualification should be from a recognized institution
• Minimum one year experience in Marketing & Sales field

Age Limit

• 18 – 45 years

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: Rs. 48,784/-
• Cost of Living Allowance: Rs. 17,800/-
• Additional government and MILCO-approved allowances and benefits

Other Requirements

• Be a citizen of Sri Lanka
• Be physically and mentally fit to discharge duties and serve anywhere in the island
• Be of excellent moral character
