Roles & Responsibilities

Visiting Lecturers

• Deliver lectures and prepare learning materials
• Contribute to curriculum development
• Provide academic leadership when required
• Coordinate programme delivery and assessments

Marking Examiners

• Evaluate examination papers and student performance
• Ensure professional and academic standards
• Follow IBSL examination procedures and guidelines

Translators (Sinhala & Tamil)

• Translate examination-related materials and official documents
• Perform language editing tasks
• Maintain subject accuracy in Banking & Finance content

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, IT, or related disciplines
• Relevant professional qualifications such as AIB Sri Lanka preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services at management level
• Experience in teaching, examining, or curriculum development
• Knowledge in emerging Banking & Financial Services sectors is advantageous
• Strong analytical ability and professional integrity
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain examination standards

Age Limit & Remuneration

• Applicants should be below 67 years of age at the closing date
• Maximum working age limit: 70 years
• Appointments will be on an assignment basis
• Market-based remuneration will be provided
