Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide customer support services.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Keep records of customer interactions and resolve issues effectively.
- Update customer data accurately within the information system.
- Provide professional communication support in both English and Sinhala.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Credit passes at the GCE O/L Examination including:
- Mathematics
- English
- Minimum of 3 passes at the GCE A/L Examination.
- Good oral and written communication skills in:
- English
- Sinhala
- Basic computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Prior experience in customer service or last-mile delivery operations will be an added advantage.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
