Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize ERP/CRM systems effectively for customer interaction management.
- Monitor service KPIs and prepare operational reports.
- Analyze customer feedback and contribute to process improvements.
- Ensure proper compliance and documentation procedures are maintained.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a reputed organization.
- GCE A/L qualification with part qualification in:
- CIM
- SLIM
- Or equivalent professional qualification
- A recognized university degree will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of:
- ERP systems
- CRM systems
- MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
