Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal users regarding:
  • System issues
  • System training
  • System updates
• Handle inventory management activities.
• Monitor system updates and identify branches requiring special attention.
• Assist merchants with system-related concerns.
• Coordinate with management teams to provide technical solutions.
• Support continuous process improvements and automation initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should possess:

• Minimum 3 passes in G.C.E Advanced Level.
• Partly or fully qualified in a:
  • Degree program
  • Professional qualification in a relevant field
• Good IT literacy and computer skills.
