Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis and prepare annual training plans.
- Identify learning and development needs through performance evaluations and stakeholder discussions.
- Facilitate classroom, workshop, virtual, and on-the-job training programs.
- Design and customize learning materials, presentations, facilitator guides, and development resources.
- Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and competency mapping initiatives.
- Drive capability building through blended learning methodologies.
- Coordinate leadership development, compliance, and operational excellence training programs.
- Administer Learning Management System (LMS) activities including learner enrollment and reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and analytics.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives through learning campaigns.
- Maintain training records and compliance documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or professional qualification in:
- Human Resources
- Learning & Development
- Business Management
- Psychology
- Or related field
- Professional certification in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) from City & Guilds or equivalent institute is highly preferred.
- MBA/MSc from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in:
- Training delivery
- Facilitation
- Learning programme coordination
- LMS administration
- Proven experience in designing and developing training interventions and learning materials.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to manufacturing or corporate environments will be an added advantage.
