Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing:
  • Initial budget estimates
  • Cost plans for ICT hardware
  • Software licensing
  • Infrastructure cabling
• Support procurement activities by:
  • Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
  • Analyzing subcontractor quotations
  • Assisting in tender evaluations
• Assist in managing subcontractor accounts and payment certifications.
• Track project scope changes and support variation valuations.
• Maintain accurate project cost records and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure commercial efficiency.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in:
  • Quantity Surveying
  • Cost Management
  • Related field

Experience Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in ICT or MEP sectors will be considered a significant advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong command of MS Excel
• Familiarity with QS software such as:
  • CostX
  • Bluebeam
  • ERP Systems
• Ability to interpret technical ICT drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Vendor negotiation and collaboration abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
