Job Responsibilities
- Support human resources development and administrative functions of the authority.
- Assist in workforce planning, recruitment, staff development, and personnel management activities.
- Coordinate employee relations and organizational development initiatives.
- Implement HR policies and procedures according to government regulations.
- Support training and performance management activities.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Assist management in ensuring efficient HR and general administration operations.
Required Qualifications
External Applicants
Applicants should possess:
- A Degree recognized by the UGC in one of the following fields:
- Human Resources Management
- Business Management
- Public Management
- Supply Management
AND
- Minimum 05 years of post-qualifying experience at executive level in:
- Human Resources Management
- Personnel Management
- General Administration
- Supply Management
Internal Applicants
Applicants should possess:
- Qualifications required for external candidates
OR
- Minimum 05 years of satisfactory service in:
- Human Resources Management
- General Administration
- Junior Manager Level posts in CEA
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 22 Years
- Maximum Age: 45 Years
The age limit does not apply to applicants already in state service.
Salary Scale
Salary Scale:
Rs. 91,690.00 – 10 x 2,480.00 – 15 x 3,450.00 – 168,240.00
Selected candidates will be placed at the salary step of Rs. 81,710.00 according to Management Services Circular No. 01/2025 dated 25.03.2025 and Schedule II.
