Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
• Process and analyze patient samples according to standard laboratory procedures.
• Maintain quality control standards, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Follow infection control, laboratory safety, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Coordinate with pathologists, clinicians, and healthcare staff when necessary.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of laboratory specimens and equipment.
• Support smooth day-to-day laboratory operations.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• SLMC registered qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 01 or 02 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Experience in hospitals or private laboratory settings will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge in:
  • Hematology
  • Biochemistry
  • Microbiology
  • Histopathology (where applicable)
• Good analytical and technical laboratory skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
