• Attend inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure proper follow-up actions
• Resolve customer concerns empathetically and efficiently
• Update customer information accurately in the system
• Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction
• Support and promote the Arpico Insurance brand image

Qualifications

• Successful completion of G.C.E A/L Examination
• Tamil language proficiency is mandatory
• Previous experience in a call center will be an added advantage
• Strong PR and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer interactions effectively
