1. Manager

The Role

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Managing the overall hotel property operations
• Developing and implementing strategic marketing growth initiatives
• Overseeing all hotel departments including:
  • Rooms
  • Restaurant
  • Maintenance
  • Staff management
• Handling guest bookings, guest relations, and customer services

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management
• Strong marketing and business development skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Candidates living in close proximity to Pasikuda will be preferred

2. Room Boy

Requirements

• Previous hotel experience preferred
• Ability to support housekeeping and guest service operations
• Good teamwork and service attitude

3. Waiter

Requirements

• Previous hotel or restaurant experience preferred
• Customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hospitality environment
