Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Age preferably below 30 years
- Minimum two (02) years of experience in a Customer Care Centre / Call Centre / Contact Centre or similar business environment
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Attending inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently
- Responding to customer emails professionally
- Managing and resolving customer complaints and inquiries effectively
- Providing customers with product and service-related information and solutions
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management
Other Competencies Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English
- Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage
- Ability to deliver superior customer service without physical customer interaction
- Strong active listening and customer handling skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 shift environment
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Basic IT skills
