Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing trade revenues against the Annual Operations Plan (AOP)
• Identifying new market opportunities for trade products
• Compiling and submitting required documentation to correspondents
• Handling KYC and AML documentation requirements
• Reviewing tariffs periodically to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Ensuring trade services operations comply with internal bank policies and regulatory guidelines
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Acting as the primary contact for corporate customers and relationship managers
• Ensuring services meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Performing duties as:
  • Business Risk Operational Manager
  • BCP Coordinator for the Trade Department
• Leading and developing a motivated multi-skilled team

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in:
  • Correspondent Banking
  • Trade Services
• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in:
  • Banking
  • Trade Finance
  • Or a related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of:
  • URDG 758
  • UCP 600
  • URC 522
  • URR 725
  • ISBP
  • International trade products
• Strong computer literacy skills
