Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving international market expansion and export sales growth while developing strategic business relationships with global clients and distributors. The role requires strong business development expertise, export market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage international partnerships within a competitive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to support international market expansion.
• Identify new export business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
• Drive export sales growth while ensuring compliance with international trade requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, distributors, and business partners.
• Lead negotiations, proposals, and closing of international business deals.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and international client engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Sales, Production, Finance, R&D, and Design teams.
• Monitor performance metrics including revenue growth, market penetration, and return on investment (ROI).

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Related field
• MBA qualification will be considered an added advantage.
• Proven experience in:
  • Business development
  • Export sales
  • International market operations
• Previous manufacturing sector experience will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international markets and trade practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong target achievement capabilities.
• Proficiency in:
  • MS Office applications
  • CRM systems
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Knowledge of foreign languages will be considered an added advantage.
