Key Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing value chain partners to achieve business objectives
• Identify and onboard new value chain partners to support continuous business growth
• Build and maintain relationships with government, private sector, and non-profit institutions
• Design and implement referral programs to engage internal teams in partnership expansion
• Monitor asset and liability growth while ensuring key performance targets are achieved
• Support branch staff and conduct training programs for MSME officers
• Assist in developing customized loan schemes for customers

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field or a professional qualification acceptable to the bank
• Candidates with over 10 years of experience in marketing and relationship building may also apply
• More than 7 years of experience in economic development, value chain development, financing, or related fields
• Full or part qualification in CIM or a similar sales/marketing discipline is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of value chain development, value chain financing, and agri-business
• Awareness of emerging industry trends in MSME and agri-business sectors
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct market research and business analysis
