Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve sales orders for credit purchases
• Communicate directly with customers regarding outstanding balances and account inquiries
• Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
• Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to resolve credit-related matters
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports related to credit control activities

Requirements

• Proficiency in working within a computerized environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, internet usage, and email communication
• 1–2 years of experience in a Credit Control role or related finance function
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
