Key Responsibilities
- Identify key markets and potential customers for service sales and modernization projects
- Develop strategies to increase service sales and secure multi-brand contracts
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Prepare and present quotations for maintenance, parts, and repair services
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to execute agreements and service contracts
- Manage the sales portfolio while achieving budget targets
- Monitor financial performance and outstanding payments
- Ensure compliance with company safety regulations and standards
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales or service sales experience in the elevator industry (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Good market analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- Creative, proactive, and dynamic personality
- Team-oriented attitude with collaborative working skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
