Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the customer base
• Introduce new treasury product customers
• Coordinate treasury product renewals with treasury operations teams
• Support overall treasury product operations
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong client relationships
• Deliver superior customer service and marketing support

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in banking or non-banking financial services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good negotiation and marketing abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Willingness to be based in Vavuniya and travel for customer visits
• Valid driving license is mandatory
• Full or part professional qualification in SLIM/CIM will be an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
