• Manage day-to-day shop operations efficiently

Requirements & Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Fluency in English and Sinhala (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets
• Leadership and team collaboration skills
• Previous sales experience will be an added advantage
• Experience in floral arrangement and flower design is preferred
