• Handle quantity surveying activities for construction projects
• Manage:
  • Measurement work
  • Subcontractor administration
  • Interim valuations
  • Cost control
  • Final accounts
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors
• Ensure project cost management and reporting
• Work independently to meet project deadlines

Requirements & Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc QS)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Quantity Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Measurement
  • Subcontractor administration
  • Interim valuations
  • Cost control
  • Final accounts
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
