Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans aligned with company growth objectives
• Lead and inspire cross-functional management teams across:
  • Procurement
  • Processing
  • Logistics
  • Quality Control
  • Sales

Financial Oversight

• Drive financial performance and profitability
• Oversee:
  • Budgeting
  • Forecasting
  • Cost control
  • Risk management
• Analyze financial reports and KPIs for strategic decision-making

Operational Excellence

• Manage day-to-day operations including:
  • Sourcing
  • Seafood processing
  • Cold chain management
  • Export logistics
  • Regulatory compliance
• Implement operational efficiency and supply chain best practices

Market Expansion & Business Development

• Identify new international business opportunities in regions such as:
  • EU
  • USA
  • Japan
  • Middle East
• Develop partnerships with overseas distributors and retailers
• Monitor global market trends and competition

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and export regulations
• Maintain transparent reporting and communication with the Board of Directors

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Finance
  • Accounting
  • Business Administration
  • Or a related field
• Master’s Degree or MBA will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience
• At least 5 years in a CEO / COO / CFO role
• Experience in:
  • Seafood industry
  • Agribusiness
  • FMCG export sectors

Additional Skills:

• Strong financial management and budgeting expertise
• Operational experience in production, logistics, and global supply chains
• Knowledge of seafood export markets and quality certifications
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
