Job Description

Sensus BPO Services is seeking energetic and customer-focused Call Center Operators to handle customer communications and support services in a professional banking and finance environment.

Candidates should be capable of handling calls efficiently, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving performance targets.

Requirements

• Male or Female candidates
• Minimum age: 20 years
• G.C.E O/L or A/L qualification
• Minimum 2 years of Call Center experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours

• Weekdays: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM
• Saturday: 9.00 AM – 1.00 PM
