Job Description

Cargills Bank PLC is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support interior and construction-related projects through accurate quantity calculations, tendering processes, procurement coordination, and contractor payment evaluations.

The selected candidate will also assist with measured drawings, layouts, and maintenance-related scheduling while ensuring project cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs
• Prepare detailed material calculations
• Prepare measured drawings, architectural drawings (2D/3D), and layouts for interior projects
• Handle tendering and procurement-related work
• Evaluate contractor bills and prepare payment certifications
• Maintain preventive maintenance and service schedules related to air conditioning systems

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution
• Hands-on experience in 2D and 3D architectural design using AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Knowledge of construction rates and interior-related materials
• Good analytical and computer literacy skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and travel when required
