Job Description

The Manager (Examinations) – Technical will be responsible for supporting the examination function of CA Sri Lanka. The role includes coordinating examination-related activities, ensuring adherence to curriculum standards, and maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the examination process.

Key Responsibilities

• Play a key role in managing examination-related operations
• Assist in conducting student assessments across all examination levels
• Ensure compliance with CA Sri Lanka curriculum and examination procedures
• Support examination panels in maintaining professional standards aligned with global benchmarks
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all examination-related matters
• Carry out duties assigned by the Examinations Consultant
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth examination processes

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized university with a minimum second-class upper division

Professional Qualifications

• Member of CA Sri Lanka or any recognized professional accounting body
• MBA qualification will be an added advantage

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualifying experience in a recognized organization
• Experience in examination-related work will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Sinhala and English
• Strong IT skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills
• Ability to manage responsibilities with confidentiality and accuracy
