• Identify potential customers and generate sales leads
• Promote and sell residential apartment projects
• Conduct site visits and property presentations
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable units
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on leads
• Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems

👤 Requirements

• Minimum 1 – 3 years experience in sales (real estate preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented with proven sales performance
• Basic knowledge of property market trends
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Qualification in Sales / Marketing / Business (added advantage)
