🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for daily operations
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Maintain and monitor IT systems and networks
• Support users with technical problems
• Ensure smooth functioning of computers, printers, and network systems

👤 Requirements

• Diploma or NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in IT / Computer Science or related field
• Experience in IT support (added advantage)
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking
• Basic printer troubleshooting skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Good communication skills to assist non-technical users
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
