About the Internship Opportunity
This internship is designed for school leavers and aspiring professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in the banking sector. As an intern in our Contact Centre, you will be the voice of Amana Bank, serving as the first point of contact for our valued clients.
You will work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where you will develop essential soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, and time management—skills that will serve as the foundation for your entire career.
What You Will Do
Your daily responsibilities will revolve around delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction:

Inbound Call Handling: You will handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries professionally and efficiently.

Client Needs Identification: You must proactively identify client needs by listening actively and asking the right questions to understand their requirements.

Problem Resolution: You will research and resolve issues faced by customers, ensuring that their banking experience remains smooth and hassle-free.

Sales & Service: Beyond support, you will identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the bank’s products and services, contributing to the bank’s growth.

Shift Work: You will be required to work any 5 days of the week in 8-hour shifts.

Educational Qualifications:

You must have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination.
