Qualifications & Experience

• Candidates with extensive relevant industry experience may also be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

• Substantial experience in insurance-related activities at executive or managerial level.

• Recent experience in insurance sales or consultancy work, in line with IRCSL-prescribed criteria.

• Proven leadership experience in a regulated financial services or insurance environment.

• Sound understanding of insurance brokerage operations, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance in Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall control, direction, and supervision of the company’s business activities.

• Report directly to the Board of Directors on strategic, operational, and regulatory matters.
