• 💍 Evaluate and assess gold items accurately
• 💰 Manage gold loan operations and pawning services
• 📊 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• 🤝 Provide excellent customer service
• 📁 Maintain proper documentation and reporting

🎓 Requirements

• 🧑‍💼 2 – 4 years experience in pawning / gold loan operations
• 💍 Strong knowledge in gold identification & valuation
• 💻 Computer literacy (MS Office)
• 🗣 Good communication skills (Sinhala & English preferred)
• 🚗 Valid driving / riding license
• 🌟 Professional personality and customer handling skills
