Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification with a relevant professional qualification such as CIMA, ICASL, IBSL, or ACCA.

• Alternatively, G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification with similar relevant experience.

• Minimum of four years of experience in the Non-Banking Financial Services sector.

• Sound knowledge of operational procedures relating to loans, deposits, and gold financing products.

• Good understanding of banking and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise all branch operational functions, recommend process improvements, and ensure zero non-compliance in audits.

• Provide hands-on assistance to field staff for accurate preparation and quality control of specialised credit files.

• Actively monitor the credit portfolio.

• Oversee daily cash operations, including vault management and reconciliation, and ensure zero discrepancies.

• Handle complex customer queries related to loan restructuring, repayment schedules, and deposit products.

• Ensure high-quality customer service delivery.

• Maintain compliance with AML/CFT, KYC, and other applicable banking regulations.

• Maintain key branch registers and administrative records.

• Assist the Branch Manager with staff development and training.

• Attend all mandatory marketing meetings.
