🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage Cost of Production (COP) and support OPEX budgeting
• Drive excellence in:
  • Broiler health & disease prevention
  • Feeding & water management
  • Waste management & biosecurity
• Lead broiler nutrition and husbandry operations
• Achieve performance KPIs:
  • Mortality rate
  • FCR (Feed Conversion Ratio)
  • PI (Performance Index)
  • Body weight
• Ensure compliance with:
  • CEA
  • MOH
  • DAPH
  • Local regulations
• Maintain zero antimicrobial residues
• Support farmer profitability and handle quality complaints
• Coordinate with internal teams & external regulators

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine / Animal Science
• Must be a Registered Veterinary Surgeon in Sri Lanka

💡 Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years experience in commercial broiler farming
• Experience in environment-controlled poultry housing systems
• Foreign exposure in broiler farming is an added advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Budgeting & resource management ability
• Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good English communication skills
