• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations

• Plan daily, weekly & monthly production
• Manage workflow from raw material to finished product

2️⃣ Production Management

• Monitor output, productivity & targets
• Identify bottlenecks & improve efficiency

3️⃣ Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with quality standards
• Reduce defects, rework & process losses

4️⃣ Resource Management

• Optimize use of machinery, manpower & tools
• Plan workforce allocation & development

5️⃣ Process Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Implement lean processes for efficiency

6️⃣ Cost Control & Efficiency

• Monitor operational costs
• Reduce waste & improve profitability

7️⃣ Team Leadership

• Lead and develop teams across departments

🎓 Qualifications

• CA Corporate Level / MBA (Operations / General)
  (or equivalent professional qualification)
